60 Days Return/Exchange Policy

 We gladly offer a full 60 day return/exchange policy at Newyorkworkwear.com. The items that are eligible for our 60 day return policy must be in the same condition that they were when they were shipped to you. Tags, stickers, and in some cases packaging must still be intact on the product or products you wish to return or exchange. When filing for a return or exchange please remember that it must be 60 days or fewer from the date you placed your order on the product(s) you're trying to return/exchange. If all of the above applies to your product or products then do not hesitate to contact us for an immediate refund/exchange. After one of our customer service representatives have confirmed that your item can be returned/exchanged based on our guidelines then you will be required to ship the item to a disclosed address. Only after we have confirmed that the item('s) is able to be returned/exchanged will we proceed with the return/exchange. Please remember that if you're returning a product it takes some time for us to confirm the products integrity, as well as to put the product back into our system. Only after the item('s) have been confirmed as able to be re-sold and re-stocked will we immediately send a refund request to your bank or credit card company.
